Amapuleti/amashidi ethu e-aluminium akhiqizwa ngezinqubo zokugoqa eziqhubekayo noma ezishisayo ze-tandem, ezihlonyiswe ngezigayo zokugoqa ezibandayo eziyi-6 eziphezulu eziqukethe izinhlelo ze-AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) kanye ne-AFC (Automatic Flatness Control). Lokhu kuqinisekisa ukubekezelelana kobukhulu ngaphakathi kwe-±0.005 mm kanye nokuba flatness ≤ amayunithi angu-3 e-I.
Lonke umugqa wokukhiqiza ulawulwa izinhlelo ze-Siemens ezenzakalelayo. Izinqubo ezibalulekile ziqashwa nge-100% ku-inthanethi ngama-gauge e-X-ray obukhulu, ama-gauge obubanzi, kanye nezinhlelo zokuthola amaphutha ebusweni.
Sisebenzisa kuphela ama-ingots e-aluminium ayisisekelo ahlanzekile kakhulu (Al ≥ 99.7%). Ukufakwa kwe-Annealing kwenziwa ezithandweni ezilawulwa kahle ezinokulingana kwezinga lokushisa okungu-±2 °C, okuletha isakhiwo sokusanhlamvu esihambisanayo kanye nezakhiwo zemishini ngokuguquguquka kwamandla okukhiqiza ≤ 5 MPa.
Ikhoyili/ishidi ngalinye liqinisekiswa kathathu ngaphambi kokuthunyelwa:
1. Ukuhlolwa kwelebhu okugcwele (ukwakheka kwamakhemikhali, izakhiwo zemishini, isakhiwo esincane, ubukhulu);
Ukuhlolwa kobuso okungu-2.100% ngohlelo lokuskena lwe-laser (isisombululo esingu-0.01 mm);
Yonke idatha yokuhlolwa ingalandelelwa ngokuphelele enombolweni yokuqala yekhoyili kamama. Izitifiketi ze-EN 10204 Uhlobo 3.1 noma 3.2 ziyatholakala.
Yakhelwe izinhlelo zokusebenza ezidinga kakhulu okuhlanganisa ezokuthutha ngesitimela, ezolwandle, ezindizayo, imikhumbi yokucindezela, kanye namathuluzi anembile lapho ukuhambisana kwezinto nokuthembeka kungaxoxiswana ngakho.
